Safe and reliable steam fittings designed, tested and Dixon® approved for use with the following steam hoses: ContiTech Flexsteel® 250, Gates 205MB Steam King® and Texcel® Tex-Steam

Approved hose brands and sizes are listed on each fitting or ferrule part number under product resources.

Features

  • No-skive fitting system for ease of fabricating hose assemblies
  • Positive metal-to-polymer seal in ground joint couplings
  • Non-metallic polymer seal resists most chemicals found in manufacturing facilities
  • Leakproof seal forms when metal head of the stem makes contact with the patented polymer seat in the spud

  • Size ½ is under development with steam rack testing underway
  • 316 SS stems are available on Made-To-Order requests
